Name: This is what your character is referred to. This can include real names, nicknames, previous names (for Heartless and Nobodies).
Age: How old are they? Don't know? Say that instead.
Species: Not all of the characters here are human? We get a whole myriad of strange creatures. Why not step away from the pack and be exotic?

Physical Description: What clothes do they normally wear? Are they thin or fat, tall or short? How about that scar across their chest?
Personality: How do they function on a conversational basis? How do they think? Are they always happy and optimistic, or mired and depressed? Are they always angry? Do they think that everyone's inferior?
History: Perhaps your character had a life before coming here. If you want to record your history through play, leave it empty.

Allegance:

• The forces of Light work mostly to eliminate the Heartless, who they have been at war since their creation. They are generally uncorruptible through normal means, and their attacks are particularly effective against Heartless, but are less than effective in a crash with a Nobody.
  
• Creatures of Twilight have been corrupted by Darkness at some point. Their Light has been forever tainted. But not all see it as a curse. While their attacks are not terribly strong in either side of the karma, they make for good all-round fighters, who can do a little damage to both ends of the spectrum and everything in between.
  
• The Darkness have only one goal in mind: domination over the hearts of every living creature of light. They hate the light, they fear it, they know that it has awesome power. However, their own powers can rival or even surpass it. They have also always been in losing conflict with the Nobodies, to whom they also have aversions to. Their attacks usually involve using the shadows or ambient lack of light. The stronger ones can summon small heartless to do their bidding.
  
• The Nobody is believed to not truly exist at all. While they are present, they know that they are existential mistakes. Like the Heartless, they want hearts, because they yearn to become complete once more. Their very absence of emotion is an eternal torment, and they can only remember echoes of what it felt like once to have a heart. They use this to confuse their opponents, and even Darkness, who are looking for their power. The Nobodies are always warring with the forces of Darkness, and they normally gain the upper hand.

Weapon of Choice: Is your character in preference with a particular weapon? Are they great with swords, but completely suck with spears? Perhaps the best offense is a good defense, and they use a shield to attack? Maybe they use magic, and require wands or staves to extend them? Or maybe, they simply use their fists and feet to fight.
Fighting Style: Now, how do they put those weapons to use? What do they do when they clash?
Special Attack: When it really hits the fan, one needs a good special attack to dispel the heat. Or, when they're really delivering the beatdown, that they completely dominate with a finisher.
Signature Attack: When it comes to fighting, what makes you you? This is technique that is completely your own. Try as they might, NO-ONE can imitate it!

Defensive Style: Keep on the offensive, and you're gonna tire out. There are times when you need to turtle down and allow them to exhaust themselves. Not terribly strong? That's fine; don't forget that it's not "running away", it's "regrouping".

Spells in Knowledge: Generally speaking, only mages have access to magic. Mages and magical creatures usually have an affinity to certain offensive/defensive elements. If you're a warrior-type, your spells will normally be things to augement your combat (Hastes, Furies, Adrenalines, etc). Conversely, if you're a support-type, you'll be mostly healing and protecting the person next to you (Cure, Aero, Haste, etc). Just do what your style dictates, but try to keep the number of spells below four.
