This area is where any world-faring hero (or villain) first starts. This area is very dark and misty, and the person is guided by the voice of their Heart. Delicate questions will probe your soul. Simply being here means your life is about to change drastically, but when...?

This area off of Destiny Inlet houses the hamlet, Destiny Province. It has a village, schools, houses, shops, that sort.

There are large stepping stones and an assault course designed as a friendly race. Spreading away from these stones is a single zipline, a palm thicket and the strange Paopu tree. There are also hidden chests and caves. The cave near the Paopu tree will take you back to the west side of the Cove.

Through a hole in the cliff you'll find the Secret Place. This is a small cave with a strangely 'homey' smell to it. Childlike scribbles inhabit nearly all the rock walls. And a playful breeze and chink of light come through a hole in the ceiling. The only thing of genuine interest here is a strange guilded wooden door that has no handle...

The first District of Traverse Town. This is where a poor soul with a world lost to the darkness will appear, if their Heart is strong enough. People here swear they can see stars wink out if they look up.

This is one of the only two areas of Traverse Town where you can find reprieve from the oncoming darkness.

There's a strange mailbox by the main stairs. Apparently, if you put a number of Postcards, you might get something back.

District II is a generic area of Traverse Town. Here is a hotel where you can rest up, although there rarely seems to be any vacancy... There's also the Gizmo Shop and the Dalmations' Residence here... and a wierd floral mural that appears different every time you look at it.

The final District of Traverse Town. It's a small area. It has a broken power pipe that never seems to get fixed. There is a wierd panel with a glyph of a fire on it. In the corner of the Square is a beautiful gold fountain depicting two dogs.

Watch your step!-- Never mind!

The fall down the Rabbit Hole is a slow and graceful trip, just make sure you land on your feet. Around the walls are many, many clocks, none of them have been set properly, and some of them are too fast or too slow.

This strange place is hard to navigate through. Some of the lotuses ask for your assistance, if you give them what they want, you could receive something in return. Take nothing here for granted - if something looks like water, it likely isn't, and if it looks flat, chances are it can spring up on you.

This is the main high street of Agrabah, it's bustling with activity. Aside from all the fruits and foods you can buy, you might find a moogle selling some survival stuff.

Unless you got some mode of transportation (try whistling), you're gonna find yourself high and dry here.
Two other locations can be seen in the distance. One resembles a ruination, and the other... well, you can't see it through the swirling dark clouds....

This quaint, tudor-esque village is home to the 'Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee'. There are item shops, weapon shops... and ice-cream shops. You can see the ruins of Hollow Bastion from here... If you're in some hostile activity, you may see the odd pillar of light blip along. Don't touch it, that's the Defensive Claymore System (invented by Cid).

Lots and lots of Heartless here, seems this is a constant war... To fight through here is sheer suicide! If you go to the Great Maw, you may see a solitary man with flowing grey hair, a single back feather wing, and a lethal Masamune. To fight this man could cost you a thousand deaths of pain in a fleeting moment. Say "hello" to the One-Winged Angel; Sephiroth.

Formerly the residence of Maleficient, this place is a nightmare to navigate. The higher you get, the more likely it seems you'll find something. Many rails of light and platforms following them weave in and out of this area.

Twilight Town is an area that is constantly sat on the fence seperating day from night. The sky is always a grey and orange dusk. This part of the town is designed mostly for commercial purposes, but there are alleys and houses to live in. This place includes the entertainment Sandlot

This part of the town is mostly, if not entirely, for residence. The main plaza has a short tramline, and throughout the plaza are ominous, dark tunnels leading to the waterways.

Wow, this place is terrifying! Hope you brought your costume. You might get a performance from the king of scares himself!

It's every kid's dream to be here. It is always snowing, and Santa's house can be seen in the village down the path. It's cold here, but not nippy. Coming from Halloween Town, you would look quite out of place here...

This pretty much resembles a standard city. Starting right from the Alleyway to Between The alleyways are dark and there are bright neon signs covering the city. Light pollution is agiven, if not for the huge heart-shaped moon and the even huger ominous castle looming above.

This castle looms several thousand feet above sea level, and there are many pitfalls and unguarded ledges here. Watch your step, and don't mind the chilly crosswinds. Everything here is a dull grey or pulsing purple, and seems to adorn the same insignia where appropriate - an upside-down heart with a crucifix.

That's it. It's dark. An endless abyss. It possesses no space, no temperature, even the concept of direction is absent.

This is the home of the Heartless, and is the graveyard to worlds which have their hearts. The Gate to the Dark is a sea of darkness in the middle of collapse. The waters below are strong enough to be stood on, and little fragments of snowy landscape litter the area.

This huge canyon glitstens with surreal colours and spans several shelves going down. They're all connected with a firm green mesh. Weird shapes of colour litter the walls, but it all possesses the same forbidding atmosphere.

This area is how the heartless move from world to world. Each room is visible from each room, and they all jutt out of the sea of darkness below, and in each room is a large portal which connects to an according world.

This dormant volcano and the surrounding areas completely lack subjective gravity. Dotted around the mountain are remnants of other worlds, and a massive winged demon lies sleeping in the crater.

The last safe point in the world. This small cavern is the only place in this desolate Heartless world where safety lies.

This is a pretty typical beach, which is strange considering it's locality. It's always nighttime here, where the moon reflects beautifully off the ocean surface. There are stone structures and cliffs jutting out of the ocean, and they seem to stretch and twist along the air like vines.

This is the space between worlds. Since the darkness struck, all of the worlds have been made connected to each other. Every few parsecs, there's a miscellaneous ruined structure. In order to cross this vast gulf of space, one would need a Gummi Ship.
